No purchase is necessary for the referral gift or the first three quests. The separate token-usage quest requires actual paid, finally settled usage; a balance top-up alone does not complete it or improve the odds.
A first valid registration through a referral link creates one spin for the new user only. The direct referrer does not receive a spin and continues to earn the percentage of top-ups defined by the referral program. Replayed registration events do not create additional spins.
Quests may be completed in any order. An account may receive no more than one spin for each season quest: a successful IDE or Web Chat request; linking the Telegram bot and making a successful request through it; subscribing to the displayed Telegram channel with the linked Telegram account; and using 10M paid, finally settled tokens. Only activity after the quest season begins counts. Rechecking does not create another spin.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18, hold a valid ApiClo account, and complete a genuine independent registration. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated signups, and attempts to manipulate the promotion are excluded.
The promotion is unavailable where prohibited by law. ApiClo may pause new spin issuance when automation, duplicate accounts, or manipulation is detected. A valid issued result does not enter a separate manual review because of its prize value.

3. Prizes
Every spin wins ApiClo service credit. Credit can be spent on supported ApiClo models and features; it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency.
Token-equivalent values use a $0.40 per 1M token reference. The account receives the prize value in RUB service credit using the USD/RUB rate stored when the spin is issued.

Each spin independently uses its corresponding table of 1,000,000 equally likely tickets. Referral and quest spins use different published tables. Earlier wins do not change the odds of the next spin of the same type.
When a spin is issued, the server selects and stores the result hidden until reveal. The visual animation only reveals the stored result; it does not determine it.
5. Automatic credit
A referral spin may include the larger prizes in its table. A quest spin awards only $2, $5, or $10 according to its separate table above. A valid result is credited automatically as nonwithdrawable service credit immediately after the gift is opened; there is no separate amount-based review. Updating active API-key limits may take a short time, while the prize itself is recorded exactly once.
6. Promotion availability
Referral spins remain available until the organizer explicitly pauses them. The quest season is limited to 1000 new spins and $2500 in aggregate quest-prize face value. Reaching either limit stops new quest-spin issuance. This does not change referral commissions or cancel already issued spins or credited prizes.
